Russian Ambassador in Belgrade Aleksandar Konuzin today's offered uninvited lesson to all participants of Belgrade Security Forums. He told audience how they are not good enough Serbs, acting like a drunk Russian, not a diplomat. The audience did not allowed him to continue, so he demonstratively left the meeting. Is this second historic "НЕТ" to Russians in Belgrade? First one was in 1948 and now second in 2011.
